    Staff was trying to entertain the customers with birthday celebrations, etc. They were open for critisim. They were trying to serve a variaty of meals and drinks. If they pay a bit mote attention to the hygiene, it will be a better place.

    I did not find the hotel clean enough. Including the room, restaurant, snack bar. There were flies and cats everywhere which made the things that we are eating unhygienic. Even inside the sea you can find anything from nylon bags to carboys; too many seaweed made the sea look muddy and blurry. These environments can be cleanded up so easily that the customers enjoy what they are doing. The complex was a bit small. If the hotel was full, it would be too crowded and we would have difficulty in finding spots in the seaside or restaurant. The waiters were not very nice to the foreigners. When they receive a request, they were complaining a bit in Turkish while they were doing the request. This was frustrating the customers as they were waiting for a while for their request to be done by a person with a long face.

    Fine views of the Aegean Sea, Private beach access with sun loungers, Comprehensive spa services

    Inconsistent Wi-Fi coverage throughout the hotel!!! The cleaning standards in the rooms and common areas leave much to be desired!!! This resort could benefit from a serious overhaul in room maintenance!!!

    This is what you're really getting

    A beautiful location with very nice beach views, but the inconsistent room cleanliness was a letdown. Food variety was good, although the service in the dining area felt overwhelmed. Staff seemed attentive at times, but language barriers hindered efficiency. A few standouts like Gamze in reception and Dilce from Guest Relations brought some warmth to the experience.

    Staff were best, atmosphere was FAMILY, it had absolutely perfect location really close to Ministry of Sound, Space and Pacha as well as the Yasmin Resort Bodrum. The breakfast was delicious and great with plenty of goodies.

    The room was extremely poor also Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

    Suitable accommodation for holiday. Stunningly beautiful and reasonably clean place, best and amazingly efficient staff who works at your hotel for good service. Excellent, beautiful location in the coastal area. A very nice restaurant and a main bar available.

    Dining at the resort was quite the treat, especially the fresh seafood that was like a hug from the Aegean. Then there's the vibrant hustle of local markets nearby, where you can score some killer mezes to spice up your evenings. Plus, the entertainment crew really knew how to bring the fun!

    The real bummer was the room cleanliness. Honestly, I expected more for a place claiming to be 5-star. As a coeliac, navigating the food options was a maze-labeling was nearly non-existent, leaving my gluten-free palate a bit sad.

    A very calm and relaxing resort, Very nice for the family and kids. Perfect breathtaking scenery and weather . Food was great and fresh . Water sports were very good , and excellent animation group.

    Some of the plates and cups were not very clean in the rack during rush times the restaurant.
